New York Post
From 2010 to 2011, I was a runner/reporter for the New York Post, covering breaking news on the streets of New York City. In this role I was deployed to the scene as news happened in real-time, tasked with rapidly gathering and compiling the necessary information and interviews so that the Post could be the publication to break the biggest stories. I covered everything from apartment fires to murder cases to political scandals (like that of Dominique Strauss-Kahn), and I was given bylines for my work. You can find some of them online.
