THE ASK:
I was tasked with developing a buzzy and repeatable format for telling captivating customer stories on social media, positioning HubSpot as the competitive advantage in our customers’ success.
THE SOLUTION:
Working closely with stakeholders from the Brand, Creative, and Customer Marketing teams, I launched #HubSpotSuccessStory: a social-first campaign sharing the real success stories of HubSpot customers in a fun, attention-grabbing way.
This campaign comprised a series of social content pieces (including <1 min videos, image carousels, and Reels) created in partnership with our customers and distributed across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
As the lead strategist and copywriter on the campaign, I ideated the content, wrote all the copy (including video scripts), and worked with internal and external creative partners to create the visuals. I worked with a total of 19 customers to tell their stories, including Airstream, WWF, Crunch Fitness, Mr Yum, and more. The campaign generated 1.6M impressions in just 3 seasons.
